What's Remote Desktop?
This is a free program like Radmin, VNC,... that enables you to work on
another computer somewhere on the internet/local network. I know there are so
many of these programs but most of them require expensive licenses or don't work
with the DF games, are too slow or don't support file transfer,... That's why i
decided to create one of these programs.
The beauty of it is that the program allows people to connect in both
directions meaning that the server can wait for clients to connect or the server
can connect a new client itself (ideal for helping people that don't know how to
forward the right port and don't know how to install these other programs making
it impossible to help them using Radmin,VNC or remote assistance).
The program is just 1 .exe file that needs to be opened (it requires
mswinsock.ocx but it will install that automatically if it's missing) so it's
very easy to explain non advanced PC users how to use it and you'll have access
to their computer in no time!
